Another Oppurtunity to see "Tamales de Puerco"

Here is another oppurtunity to see "Tamales de Puerco" in case you missed it the first time. Go see one of the only Tri-lingual (Spanish, ASL, English) productions at CSUN. Hope to see you all there :)

We are happy to announce two great upcoming Deaf events at CSUN. Please feel free to distribute this information within your school or organization, or with other Deaf community members. Flyers with further information for both events are attached.

The two events are:

“The Legend of the Mountain Man”, a feature-length film produced by ASL Films

Saturday, March 21, 2009
CSUN—Noski Auditorium
Showtimes: 2:00 pm & 6:00 pm
Admission: $10—tickets sold at the door (reserved tickets available—see flyer)
Net proceeds benefit JASK & the Deaf Studies Association

AND

“Tamales de Puerco”, a very unique trilingual theatre production (performed in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language). It is produced by the Deaf Studies Department and features Deaf Studies faculty member, Evelina Gaina, and Deaf Studies majors from our DEAF 405: ASL/Deaf Theatre class.

Thursday, March 26 to Saturday, March 28, 2009
CSUN—Little Theatre (Nordhoff Hall)
Performances begin at 7:30 pm
General Admission: $15
Students and Seniors: $12
